Despite a recent website redesign, Hope Force International’s organic growth was not keeping pace with their mission. By the end of March 2025, their site ranked for just 143 keywords, which fell far short of its potential.
The team knew they needed to improve their organic presence, but without a clear strategy, content was published only sporadically and without focus. As a result, their visibility and impact remained limited.
At the same time, their needs were clear. They wanted to:

Build a stronger, more engaged email list

To achieve these goals, the first step was to dramatically grow relevant, targeted traffic to their site by expanding their keyword footprint.
Our Approach
We developed a strategy that aligned with Hope Force International’s mission while addressing their need to grow both organic visibility and their email list. The plan focused on leveraging the downloadable resources already available on their website as the foundation for a targeted content campaign.
Using our Hub and Spoke Framework, we built out complete topic clusters for each resource, ensuring full coverage of search intent and driving visitors toward high-value downloads. For each topic:
