Our Worry-Free Hosting is designed to give you peace of mind so you can focus on your mission. We manage the technical side of hosting to keep your Soulheart-hosted websites secure, fast, and online 24/7. This policy clarifies what’s included in your hosting package and where additional services or fees may apply.
What’s Included (Covered Under Hosting)
We handle everything required to keep the websites we manage running smoothly and securely:
Server & DNS Management
For WordPress, Framer, and Webflow websites we create and manage.
SSL Certificates
For the sites we host — installed, configured, and renewed automatically.
HTTP/3 Support
Modern, faster connections for better performance.
Expert Website Migrations
Moving existing WordPress websites to our infrastructure with minimal downtime.
Automated Backups
Two levels of daily backups to protect your data.
24/7 Uptime Monitoring
Immediate alerts and rapid response if your site goes down.
Security Monitoring
Proactive scans and protection against malicious traffic.
Enterprise-Grade Cloud Infrastructure
Powerful servers with full-page caching on the edge of the cloud for fast, scalable performance.
Cloudflare Enterprise Network
Delivering your site via one of the world’s fastest networks — with presence in 100+ countries and 300+ cities.
Expert Support
We proactively address hosting environment issues to keep your site online. In those rare instances where site-breaking issues arise (such as a plugin crashing the site), we can assist with emergency steps like deactivating or uninstalling the plugin to get your site back up.
However, we do not provide direct access to developers, troubleshoot plugin conflicts, or fix third-party plugin or theme issues. For those needs, we have additional service offerings.
Flexible Service Tiers
Multiple plans and custom options to meet your organization’s needs.

What’s Not Included (Outside of Hosting)
Our hosting plan is designed to support the websites we manage. The following are outside the scope of your hosting package:
DNS Management for Non-Hosted Websites
We provide limited DNS support for SaaS tools, websites, portals, or services we do not manage. Please see our DNS Services Policy for additional details.
SSL Certificates for Non-Hosted Services
SSL setup or renewal for SaaS tools, third party websites, or portals (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify) must be handled by the service provider or your IT support.
Redirects or URL Mapping
Creating redirects are not part of hosting. We can implement them if provided with a list of URLs, but this work is billed as a separate project. Please see our DNS Services Policy for additional details on redirects.
Why This Policy Matters
Our goal is to deliver rock-solid hosting without confusion. By defining what’s included, you get reliable, affordable, and predictable hosting without paying for IT services you may already have covered elsewhere.
When you need services beyond standard hosting, we have additional service offerings where we can help you properly scope and resource more complex IT or web development tasks.

DNS Services Policy
Overview
As part of our website hosting and management services, we provide basic DNS management for our clients. This ensures your website launches smoothly and reduces the risk of accidental misconfigurations that could take your site or email offline.
Our goal is to make the process simple and reliable — but it’s important to clarify where our responsibility ends and when specialized IT support may be required.
What We Do (Included at No Charge)
We manage your DNS zone to keep your website and essential services running.
This includes:
- Adding or updating records needed for websites we manage (A, CNAME, or AAAA records to point domains/subdomains to our servers or platforms like Framer).
- Simple subdomain redirections (e.g., pointing account.domain.com to portal.domain.com).
- Adding verification and authentication records (TXT, SPF, DKIM, DMARC records provided by your email service or third-party tools).
- MX record updates for email services (when you provide the required records from your email provider).
- Proactively adding or modifying DNS records for ad platforms, analytics tools, or other marketing services we manage for you (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Search Console)
- We provide these updates quickly and free of charge when you send us the correct records or instructions.
What We Don’t Do (Outside of Scope)
While we handle routine DNS record changes, we do not:
- Research or retrieve DNS records from third-party services we do not manage or support.
- Log in to external platforms (email providers, SaaS tools, e-commerce platforms) to gather settings.
- Troubleshoot DNS issues unrelated to the websites you host with us.
- Build and configure bulk redirects.
- Provide ongoing IT-style DNS monitoring or management.
For tasks like these, we recommend working with your IT provider or hiring us for a separate paid engagement.
Marketing DNS Management vs. Full IT DNS Management
| Marketing Agency DNS Support (What We Do) | Full IT DNS Management (What IT Does) |
|---|---|
| Add records you provide to support websites, email, and marketing campaigns. | Research and retrieve DNS records from service providers. |
| Basic troubleshooting to confirm DNS records are in place. | Diagnose email deliverability issues, spam filtering, and network connectivity. |
| Single-domain or subdomain redirects when launching a site. | Complex redirect mapping, URL-by-URL redirects, and server-side rewrite rules. |
| Managing DNS related to marketing services we provide or websites we manage. | Researching & providing DNS records and redirects for all other business systems, tools, and websites not under our management |
| Make requested changes quickly and safely to avoid downtime. | Proactively monitor and manage DNS infrastructure across multiple services. |
When to Involve IT (or a Paid DNS Project)
IT or advanced DNS management is appropriate when:
- You are migrating email providers and need complete configuration support.
- You require dozens of individual redirects or custom routing rules.
- You need troubleshooting for deliverability issues, DNS propagation issues, or email outages.
- We are happy to add any DNS records your IT provider recommends or provide a proposal for a one-time or ongoing service engagement when advanced support is required.
Why This Matters
Keeping DNS management streamlined allows us to:
- Launch your site faster and with fewer risks.
- Provide consistent, reliable service.
- Avoid overstepping into IT services you may already have covered elsewhere.
- This distinction protects your website uptime and ensures you only pay for extra work when it’s genuinely needed.
