Hi friends, I’m Joshua. Leader of Soulheart and a bunch of other fun projects and partnerships. I design. I write. I hunt. I golf. And I drone.
My happy place is the forest. Where I can see the wild up close, feel the wind on my face, and hear the soft ripples of small streams in all the cuts. I love the mountains. I love the outdoors. I love spending time with my wife and children taking them to places they’ve never been. And of course I love people that pursue their dreams to make the world a better place.
My faith guides me daily to find creative ways to break the norm. To get out of my comfort zone and fight against my own flaws to be a better human to those around me.
If you have ever wanted to learn something new – how to start a business, how to shoot a bow, how to lead your family on adventures you didn’t know were possible. Email, text, or DM me on my social channels and share your dreams! I’m here to listen, to relate, and to encourage you that you can do it. One step. At. A. Time.
Cheers to all my friends who were put on this planet for a purpose: to bring hope, healing, and love to a world that desperately needs it.

👫 It’s The Lucky 13!
You didn’t find me working on January 7, 2019 because I was spending it with this girl – celebrating our 13th anniversary. Life is more interesting when you share it with others. And it’s wildly adventurous when you share it with a spouse.
Cheers to your everyday. I pray this week is filled with excitement and energy. And may you take advantage of the opportunity that exists right before your eyes.
➡️ Here’s how I did it for mine:
Laura and I met at a youth camp in Cali. She made such an impression on me the very first night that I wrote about her in a journal of my summer experiences I was keeping at the time. When I got back to KY, I wrote her a letter and mailed it off to AZ hoping it could be an amazing chapter in our story. The letter was returned, followed by a phone call, followed by a visit to Nashville, followed by 3 years of long-distance, followed by a wedding, followed by 3 kiddos and living in 3 different states.
In the Bible, THREE is the number of completion. And I can honestly say that my wife completes me. She is the one that makes me get better as a leader, dad, husband, and holds me accountable from making excuses as to why I can’t do something, always reminding me the limitations are only in my mind.
She is my Soulheart ❤️
